Proportions: 10:6 (i.e. 5:3). Bottle-green field with a red disc. On a 10 × 6 grid, the disc has a radius of 2 (i.e. 1/5 of the length); its centre is at 4.5 from the hoist and at mid-height (3) — slightly offset toward the hoist so it looks centred when the flag is flying. The 1971 Liberation War version carried a yellow map inside the disc, removed the following year.
